 specialty distributor of aluminum brazing products 
 for the automotive industry.

Our Products are used in a multitude of applications such as:
Charge air coolers:	Internal turbulator fin and external fin in both 3003 bare or clad two sides with either 4004, 4104, or 4343. Header and side support stock clad one or two sides with either 4004, 4104, 4343, or 4045 for vacuum or controlled atmosphere brazing.
Serpentine or parallel flow condensers:	Alloy 3003 fin clad two sides with 4343 which is used in conjunction with extruded tubes. 3003 coiled strip for pierced and rolled manifolds or stamped headers in both 4045 or 4343 two side clad for controlled atmosphere brazing.
Evaporators:	3003 coiled strip clad two sides with 4343 as dimpled "plates" for controlled atmosphere brazing.
Bar & plate external oil coolers:	3003 bare fin stock. Clad parting sheet typically in 3003 clad two sides with either 4004 or 4104 for vacuum brazing.
Radiators:	3003 bare fin stock or clad two sides with 4343. Header and side support stock clad one or two sides with either 4045 of 4343 for controlled atmosphere brazing.
Preforms:	4045 or 4047 coiled brazing shim stock for washers, rings or wire applications.

Fin Stock

  3003 is commonly used for fin applications. We stock a wide range of gauges and tempers
 from .003 to .012. We can custom slit material to a width tolerance of (+/- .002) with
 tight coils. You can have the exact size and quantity you want usually within 3-5 working days.

Custom Alloy Combinations

  Bar and plate coolers typically utilize 3003 extrusions. Lynch Metals is a major supplier
 of this product not only in long lengths, but also as cut-to-size and deburred pieces. We
 also have the capability to supply just about any other type of extrusion regardless of alloy
 or circle size.

Fin Stock Items

  Items can be stocked in flat sheets or wide coils ranging between 12.00" to 36.00".
 These coils can be precision slit to your specific width, therefore eliminating scrap
 and the cost of processing. Coil can be supplied on a 3" to 16" ID and can be specially
 packaged to prevent damage in transit. Stock material can be custom slit and delivered
 within one week. Gauges are available from .002" to .205".
