 to be precision slit to your requirements usually within
 five working days. Reduce your cost of possession by

Designed especially for slitting light gauge foil 
products for fin applications in temper or annealed conditions.

Ruesch

Tempers: All tempers including “O” annealed temper

Narrowest cut: .210” (+/-.002)
Inside diameters: 3”, 6”, 10”, 16” and 20”
Maximum outside diameter: 58”

Features Sliptech rewind mandrel for tight, burr 
free coils with no camber due to the advanced technology of shim

Paper interleaving, vinyl masking, and stenciling available for added 
protection or to assist in identifying clad side 
of some products.  This line specializes in processing 
surface critical, high reflective material in all tempers. Our 
6” high Herr Voss leveler offers you the flexibility to 
purchase sheets to the most efficient size for your requirements.     
Customs size sheets with tight tolerance 
will reduce your scrap and handling time.

Shearing

 Material can be sheared to supply you with exact size pieces ready for production
 at your facility. Material can also be vinyl masked prior to shearing for added
 protection or identification.

Custom Extrusions

 We focus on supplying just in time deliveries for non-standard shapes by offering long term 
 stocking programs. We will inventory one to two months supply of your material on our floor
 to offer you a continuous, uninterrupted, supply of your custom shapes. Our product specialists
 will match your shape with the best suited mill to insure we meet your specifications. Precision
 cutting and fabrication are available. Material can be deburred for easy, safe handling and 
 custom fit on your product.
 

Precision Sawing

 Our computerized MetlSaw can provide tight tolerance pieces (+/-.002) on length and 
 (+/-.005") on squareness. We can cut to size custom shapes with burr free edges. Maximum
